Information we process

When submitting a service enquiry, you may provide your name, telephone number, email address, VIN, selected service, preferred date and time, and a description of the vehicle or fault.

Purposes and legal basis

The information is used to respond to your enquiry, assess the relevant service and confirm a workshop visit. Processing is necessary in order to take steps at your request before a service is commissioned and subsequently to perform the service relationship.

Submission and retention

The form sends the information provided to ServiceMB through the dedicated enquiry-processing service at forms.servicemb.eu. We retain it only for as long as necessary for communication, service performance and applicable legal obligations.

Recipients

Data may be processed by our hosting and email providers where this is necessary for operation of the website and correspondence, and by competent authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

Subject to the applicable conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection or data portability. You may contact us using the email address above and may also lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP).
