XENTRY Remote Diagnosis

Where the vehicle is technically compatible and the owner has given explicit authorisation, we can carry out an initial remote assessment before the workshop visit. This provides a clearer starting point and helps us prepare the next diagnostic steps more precisely.

Scheduled maintenance

The maintenance scope is determined by the vehicle display, service code, mileage and the vehicle's individual equipment specification.

Engine oil and all applicable filters
Spark plugs, belts, pulleys, operating fluids and seasonal checks
Inspection of brakes, suspension, tyres, lighting and the air-conditioning system
Electronic system diagnostics and a final quality check
Entry in the Digital Service Booklet (DSB) where the vehicle and service meet the applicable requirements

Automatic transmissions

Automatic-transmission servicing, including applicable EQ Boost and hybrid configurations, in accordance with the procedure for the exact transmission variant.

Ultrasonic or specified level measurement, depending on the prescribed procedure

Electronics and PicoScope

When a fault code is not sufficient, we measure and analyse the electrical cause while the system is operating.

Scope of work

We focus on the work for which we are equipped and specialised.

We do not carry out bodywork or paintwork, complete engine rebuilds, internal unit overhauls or full transmission rebuilds. This keeps our work focused on diagnosis, maintenance and repair procedures for which we have the appropriate information and equipment. All work is performed at our workshop, and we accept passenger cars manufactured from 2004 onwards.
